ABOUT
Kat Ronson is a British actress, comedian and writer, hailing from a small town in Yorkshire. After training at East 15 Acting School, achieving a Distinction played Juliet in 'Romeo and Juliet' in a production at the Teatro Stabile Theatre in the magical Verona, Italy. Since then, Kat has starred in many feature films and shorts - most notably, Rise of the Footsoldier: Origins (2021), Override (2021) and Dead Ringer (2018).
Kat has created her own work too. Notably 'Lads' Already hailed as a 'top pick' by Chortle, Beyond the Joke and Wonderland Magazine. Lads was produced, written, directed by and starring Kat - all during a global pandemic. 'Lads' has been viewed worldwide, with audiences in the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, Nigeria and UAE.
Whilst studying at University of York Kat wrote the beginnings of what would eventually be short film 'IBZ', which was premiered at Cannes Film Festival in 2017. Kat self-produced the film, wrote it and starred in this one-woman film.
Kat is half of female comedy duo 'Kat and Kat'. The comedy duo are taking the comedy world by storm and have recently finished their sell-out London run of live sketch show' The Whoreing Twenties'; The show's next stop is the West End. In June, Kat will make her West End debut at Leicester Square Theatre.
